I love using this story to introduce growth mindset! Sweet Gerald the giraffe wants to dance, but the other animals say he can’t. Gerald learns to find his own music and learns that he can dance. These activities are meant to go along with the book.

This book companion activity set includes a giraffe craft, writing response page, anchor chart labels, sorting cards, and retelling page.
